Each artwork is produced to order, carefully wrapped in archival materials, and shipped in a protective mailing tube.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days. Production and shipping times may vary depending on your location and final destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.

Each work offered through It's Just Paper exists as a single archival print.

As a result, all sales are final.

damage

If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact hello@itsjustpaper.ca within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and artwork.

We will work with you to resolve any shipping-related damage claims as quickly as possible.
